HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we wish to inform you that ESG Risk Assessments & Insights Limited (‘ESGRisk.ai’) has assigned Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (formerly Tata Motors Limited) (‘the Company’) an overall Environmental, Social and Governance (‘ESG’) Rating of 59.04 under the category “Adequate”, based on the disclosures of FY 2025-26 as against the rating of 59.66 assigned based on the disclosures of FY 2024-25. The marginal downward revision in the ESG Rating was primarily attributed by the rating agency, inter alia, to certain ongoing litigations and cyber incidents at an overseas Subsidiary of the Company. Please note that the Company has not engaged ESGRisk.ai for undertaking the ESG assessment. The Report has been prepared independently by ESGRisk.ai based on information available in the public domain.
