The proposed allotment is on a long-term lease basis for a period of 99 years and is subject to the terms and condi(cid:415)ons s(cid:415)pulated in the LOI issued by WBIDC. As per the LOI, the Company is required to complete the necessary formali(cid:415)es and comply with the prescribed condi(cid:415)ons for execu(cid:415)on of the lease and commencement of the project. The proposed project is expected to strengthen the Company's presence in the power infrastructure sector, expand manufacturing capacity, improve supply chain efficiencies, and support future growth opportuni(cid:415)es.
