Dear Sir/Madam Sub.: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR: Receipt of Order from GST in Form GST ASMT-12 Ref.: NIS MANAGEMENT LIMITED (SCRIP CODE: 544495) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III thereto, we wish to inform that with reference to the disclosure made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges vide its intimation dated April 22, 2026, regarding the Notice received from the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Department in relation to certain discrepancies observed in the GST returns for FY 2022–23, the Company had submitted its response and necessary clarifications in Form GST ASMT-11. The Company has now received an order from the GST Department stating that the reply and clarifications furnished by the Company have been found satisfactory and, accordingly, no further action is required to be taken in the matter. Accordingly, the matter stands closed and there is no further liability arising in respect of the aforesaid proceedings.
