Date: September 24, 2026 The General Manager DCS - CRD BSE LIMITED Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers Dalal Street, Mumbai- 400001 Scrip code: 524336 Subject: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) for Alteration of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that at the Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2026 inter-alia approved the alteration of Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Accordingly, in Clause III (A) – Main Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, the following new sub-clauses (9), (10) and (11) have been incorporated therein: (9) To carry on the business of dealing, manufacturing, producing, purchasing, selling, trading, importing, exporting, distributing, supplying, leasing, renting, hiring or otherwise in any manner with all kinds of cranes, lifting equipment, material handling equipment, heavy machinery, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, earthmoving machinery, industrial machinery, vehicles including utility vehicles and defence vehicles, spare parts, accessories, components, consumables and allied products; and to undertake equipment management, refurbishment, modernization, retrofitting, repair, maintenance, servicing, overhauling, inspection, testing, installation, commissioning, dismantling, operation, technical support and other allied services in relation thereto; and to act as manufacturers’ representatives, dealers, distributors, stockists, commission agents, consultants, service providers, importers, exporters, contractors and traders in respect of the aforesaid machinery, equipment, spare parts, accessories, components, consumables and allied products, and to provide the same to the individuals, companies, government departments, public sector undertakings, contractors, infrastructure projects, industrial establishments and other entities, whether through online or offline channel in India and abroad. (10) To carry on the business of investment, acquisition and dealing in land, shares, stocks, debenture stocks, bonds, derivatives, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by any company constituted or carrying on business in India or elsewhere and debentures, debenture stocks, bonds, obligations and securities, issued or guaranteed by and Government, State, dominion, sovereign, ruler, commissioners, public body or authority, supreme municipal local or otherwise, whether in India and abroad. (11) To carry on the business of planning, designing, developing, constructing, engineering, executing, operating, maintaining, managing, improving, renovating and providing infrastructure and infrastructure-related projects and facilities of all kinds, including roads, highways, bridges, flyovers, tunnels, railways, metro systems, airports, ports, harbours, waterways, logistics parks, industrial parks, urban infrastructure, townships, commercial and residential infrastructure, water supply and treatment systems, sewage and drainage systems, waste management facilities, power and renewable energy infrastructure, transmission and distribution systems, telecommunications infrastructure and other civil, public and utility infrastructure projects; to undertake Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), turnkey, design-build, operation and maintenance, project management, consultancy and infrastructure development contracts; to participate in and undertake projects under public-private partnership, concession, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT), Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT) and other similar arrangements; to acquire, purchase, lease, develop, construct, operate, maintain, manage, transfer or otherwise deal in infrastructure assets and facilities; and to undertake all such activities, contracts, agreements, investments, collaborations, joint ventures and arrangements as may be necessary, incidental or conducive to the attainment of the aforesaid objects whether in India and abroad.
