In this regard, we wish to inform that all material information that may have a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company, which includes all the necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Regulations’), have been regularly disclosed to the Stock Exchange by the Company in a timely and accurate manner in conformity with the principles corporate governing disclosures and obligations, outlined in regulation 4 of the Regulations and circulars issued under the Regulations. As on date as per our best knowledge, all material facts and information’s which has bearing on the price of the securities of the company have been properly disclosed, disseminated and are on the public web site of BSE and disclosed. The movement in the price of securities of the Company is purely due to market conditions and are market driven which are speculative in nature. The Management has no control over the same. Further note that the promoter and KMP’s of the company have not dealt with any securities of the company in the recent past. We reiterate that the Company will continue to inform the stock exchanges about any price sensitive information as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
