for the first quarter and three months period ended 30th June, 2026 the 'Trading
window” for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for "Designated
Persons" with effect from 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours of declaration financial results
approved by the Board. The date of the Board meeting would be intimated in due
