Trading window of the company shall remain closed for designated persons from 01.07.2026 to till 48 hours declaration of results

SSPDL Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading prior to the disclosure of financial information. The date of the Board meeting to approve these results will be intimated in due course.
