Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This is to inform that Ministry of Steel (MoS), Government of India vide Order No. S-14013/2/2025-BLA dated 14.07.2026 has communicated the appointment of Shri Vivek Nishant Nath, Chief General Manager, Odisha Mining Corporation Limited, to the post of Director (Commercial) on the Board of NMDC Limited, for a period of 5 years from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Further, MoS vide earlier Order dated 20.03.2023 had intimated that the CMD, Functional Directors and Government Directors of NMDC Limited will also be the CMD, Functional Directors and Government Directors of NMDC Steel Limited respectively on co-terminus basis, till further communication in this regard. Accordingly, Shri Vivek Nishant Nath will also be Director (Commercial) on the Board of NMDC Steel Limited, subject to assumption of the charge of the post in terms of Order dated 14.07.2026 as referred above.
