In this connection, pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform that Mrs. Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan (DIN: 11534526) has assumed charge today, i.e., July 15, 2026 as Executive Director of the Bank. Mrs. Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan is a Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank with effect from today i.e., July 15, 2026.
