Limited Dalal Street Exchange Plaza, 5th Fl. 7, Lyons Range MUMBAI – 400 001 Plot No. C/1, G-Block KOLKATA – 700 001 Scrip Code: 532654 Bandra-Kurla Complex Scrip Code: 10023930 Bandra(E) MUMBAI – 400 051 Scrip Code: MCLEODRUSS Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR, 2015) In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, 2015 and in continuation of earlier disclosure dated 28th August, 2024, we wish to inform that Financial Creditor, National Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (‘NARCL’) (acting through its attorney India Debt Resolution Company Limited), being assignee of the debt originally held by HDFC Bank Limited, which had earlier filed an application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (‘NCLT’), Kolkata bench, against the Company in relation to an alleged default amount of approximately Rs.444.55 crores, has sought to withdraw the said application in view of the Sanction Letter dated 2nd April, 2026 and the subsequent modifications thereof issued by NARCL to the Company, for restructuring of the debts of the Company. The Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata bench, has accordingly dismissed the aforesaid application as withdrawn with liberty to revive the same in case the restructuring process fails. The Company has received communication of the same via e-mail on 14th July, 2026 from its Advocate. A certified copy of the order is awaited and, as on the date of this disclosure, the order has not yet been uploaded on the official website of the Hon’ble NCLT.
