In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company would be closed with effect from 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended as on 30.09.2026 along with the Limited Review Report thereon. The date of the Board Meeting in which the above-mentioned Financial Results will be considered will be intimated separately in due course.
