Please refer to our communications dated 25th August, 2023 and 09th December, 2024, informing you that the Company had received an arbitration award on 25th August, 2023 under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre in respect of contractual disputes totalling Rs 4.71 crores approximately plus interest thereon (“Award”) and had subsequently filed an Execution Petition on 9th December, 2024 before Hon’ble Delhi High Court to enforce the said Award against Baya Weaver Ltd and Saya Cementation Ltd. The Company wishes to further inform you that, the Company has withdrawn the said Execution Petition, with liberty to file the same afresh. The Company shall file an execution petition in due course. The order of the Hon’ble Court was communicated to the Company on 23rd September, 2026 at 18:53 hours IST.
