Trading Window

The Indian Hotels Company Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from June 24, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in connection with the impending declaration of standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after these financial results are publicly declared to the stock exchanges.
