Limited Performance Stock Option Plan 2022
Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
This is to inform that, the Company on September 24, 2026, has allotted 14,669 Equity
Shares of Rs.5/- each fully paid-up under the Aarti Industries Limited Performance Stock
Option Plan 2022 (PSOP 2022). The said Equity Shares shall rank pari-passu in all respect
with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.
Post this allotment, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stand increased from
₹ 1,81,36,33,475/- (divided in to 36,27,26,695 Equity Shares of ₹ 5/- each) to
₹ 1,81,37,06,820/- (divided in to 36,27,41,364 Equity Shares of ₹ 5/- each).
