In this regard, and as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. The trading window shall accordingly remain closed continuously in view of the proposed buyback and the ensuing trading restriction period in connection with the declaration of the financial results.
