Growth Momentum Continues – Higher Volumes with Higher Margins
July 15, 2026, Jaipur: Raghav Productivity Enhancers Limited (RPEL) – the world‟s largest
manufacturer of Silica Ramming Mass, announced its results for the quarter ended June 30,
2026.
Consolidated Performance Snapshot (YoY)
Quarter ended June 30, 2026
Volume Revenue EBITDA PAT
97K MT ₹ 87 Crs ₹ 26 Crs ₹ 20 Crs
+25% +62% +68%

Financial Highlights:
Volume: Continued growth momentum with increasing trial success of our products and
repeat demand from customers.
Profitability:
o Sequential increase in share of value-added products (foundry, etc.) and R&D
backed new variants in sales mix driving higher realizations and margin
expansion.
o 4th consecutive quarter of improving „per MT profitability‟, underscoring the
strength of business model, R&D, cost discipline and operational efficiency.
Exports: Despite multi fold increase in ocean freight and other war related disruptions,
export volumes were up 34% on QoQ basis, with complete pass on of higher
transportation and other costs.
Business Highlights:
Brown Field Expansion: Ongoing debottlenecking and brownfield project remains on
track for commissioning in Oct‟26.
Long Term Supply Contracts:
o Largely keeps RPEL insulated against price volatility and shortage of raw material
during disruptive phases as in the current scenario.
o To further safeguard our interests in future, we continue to affirm our raw
material supply arrangements, both locally and internationally.
Macro Tailwinds and Rising Share of the IF Route:
o IF route continued to gain share within India‟s steel industry, accounting for over
40% of Indian steel production in Q1 FY27.
o Government‟s continued push towards green steel production to accelerate the
shift towards IF route, aiding demand for RPEL‟s products.
o Developing nations across Africa and the Middle East continue to build out
DRI/sponge iron-based steelmaking capacity, a trend supporting global demand
for IF route and related refractories.
Management’s Perspective:
Sharing insights on the results, Mr. Rajesh Kabra, Managing Director of RPEL commented:
“We are pleased to start FY27 with our highest ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA and PAT,
with profitability once again growing ahead of revenue. This growth was driven by a strong
demand environment and continued premiumization of our sales mix, with sequentially
higher contribution from value-added solutions and R&D backed new product variants.
Despite our existing capacity utilization nears optimal levels, we see a clear growth runway
ahead. Our debottlenecking and brownfield initiatives are on track for commercialization in
Oct‟26, which will unlock meaningful capacities at our existing plants. Beyond this, in line
with our long-term strategy we‟re evaluating multiple opportunities of alignment with mine
owners near key steel clusters for establishing a multi-location manufacturing presence.
These growth initiatives remain central to our ambition of scaling to 1 Mn MTPA capacity
and capturing 30% market share in the years ahead.”
