Closure of Trading Window

Nelcast Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
