No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 regarding trading restriction period, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed, from Thursday, October 01, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) (‘UAFRs’) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026 with the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the Designated Persons (‘DPs’) and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. Additionally, freezing of PAN of DPs and their immediate relatives at designated Depository portal i.e. Central Depository Services (India) Limited shall be facilitated in accordance with the applicable SEBI Circulars dated August 5, 2022, July 19, 2023 and April 21, 2025 read with BSE and NSE FAQs. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
