On the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Board of the Company at their Meeting held on September 3,2026, has approved to vary the terms of contract or objects in the prospectus filed for raising funds through Initial Public Offer (“IPO”). Prospectus issued in connection with Offer comprises of the Fresh Issue of 27,90,000 Equity Shares of face value INR 10 each, aggregating to INR 9346.50 Lakhs by our Company and an Offer for Sale of 20,00,000 Equity Shares of face value INR 10 each, aggregating to INR 6700 Lakhs by the Selling Shareholders as set out in Prospectus dated November 28,2024.
