Dear Sir / Madam,
In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in reference to our earlier intimation dated 29th August, 2024 submitted
to the stock exchanges (copy attached), wherein the Company had, inter-alia, informed about the Order
passed by the GST Authority for the FY 2019-20 to FY 2021-22 raising a demand of penalty of INR 1.45
Crores, in addition to tax demand of INR 1.45 Crores and interest of INR 0.15 Crore on grounds of excess
claim of Input Tax Credit (ITC), time barred availment of ITC and availment of ITC on blocked supplies. The
Company had filed an appeal before the Additional Commissioner (Appeal) against the said Order. The
Additional Commissioner (Appeal) vide its Order has upheld the Order passed by the GST Authority. The
Order of the Additional Commissioner (Appeal) was received by the Company on 23rd September, 2026 at
about 05:31 P.M. (IST).
The Company has a strong case to defend the matter before the higher appellate authority since the Order
is issued without considering the reply and documentary evidences submitted by the Company. The
Company will prefer further appeal against the said Order within prescribed timelines.

under the provisions of Sections 73 and 74 of the State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 read with
relevant provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (“Act”) and the rules made
thereunder, from the different State Goods and Service Tax (GST) Department on 29th August, 2024.
The Company has a strong case to defend the matter(s) before the Authorities and plans to file an
appeal against the said Order(s) within prescribed timelines.
