Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and NBCC-Code
of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for
trading in the shares of the Company would remain closed from October 1, 2026, till 48
hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results for the quarter
ending September 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course of time.
