Shareholders meeting

DCM Shriram Industries Limited held its 35th Annual General Meeting on July 15, 2026, through video conference. The meeting was attended by 136 members and representatives of corporate members. The company declared a final dividend of Re.0.4 per share (20%) for the financial year 2025-26.
