Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), and in continuation of our earlier intimation with letter No. COMSYN/SE/2026-27 dated 27th June, 2026 regarding the trial run of the expanded manufacturing capacity of Techtex at Plot No. A-12 & A-13, Indore Special Economic Zone, Pithampur Phase-II, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. we are pleased to inform you that the Company has successfully completed machine testing and commenced the trial run of the expanded manufacturing facility with effect from 15th July, 2026. Subject to the successful completion of the trial run and stabilization of operations, the Company expects to commence commercial production on or before 22nd July, 2026. Upon commencement of commercial production, the manufacturing capacity of the said unit will stand increased. The Company shall separately inform the Stock Exchanges regarding the enhanced manufacturing capacity and other relevant details upon commencement of commercial production, Kindly take the above information on record and disseminate the same on your website.
