Consequently, Design Arc, USA has ceased to be a step-down subsidiary of the Company. Please note that the above transaction does not have any material impact on the Company’s financial position, as Design Arc, USA did not have any active business operations. The required disclosure, as per Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
