Sub: Update - Revision in Timeline for Commencement of Commercial Production at the proposed
Manufacturing Facilities.
Ref: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements Regulations), 2015 (the ‘SEBI Listing Regulations’)
With reference to earlier intimations bearing reference nos. Prostarm/Secretarial/2025-26/20 dated July 08,
2025 and Prostarm/Secretarial/2025-26/75 dated December 30, 2025, wherein it was informed about the
establishment of its 1.2 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Manufacturing Facility at Reliance MET,
Jhajjar, Haryana and establishment of manufacturing facility at Bakrol, Gujarat, respectively.
In continuation of the aforesaid disclosures, we wish to inform you that the factory building of aforesaid
manufacturing facilities are substantially ready. However, the commencement of commercial production at
the aforesaid manufacturing facilities has been delayed due to certain unavoidable circumstances, including
external factors and prevailing geopolitical conditions, impacting the timely availability of required
resources and completion of the necessary activities for commencement of operations.
Accordingly, the Company now expects to commence commercial production at both the aforesaid
manufacturing facilities on or before September 30, 2026.
The Company continues to closely monitor the situation and is taking all necessary steps to expedite
procurement and commence commercial production at the earliest.
