Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a typographical error has inadvertently occurred in the Summary Proceedings uploaded on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026, wherein the total number of shareholders present through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”) was mentioned as 33 instead of 38. We hereby clarify that the correct number of shareholders participating in 28th Annual General Meeting through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”) were 38 Shareholders. The aforesaid error was purely typographical, and the correct figure may kindly be taken on record. Except for the aforesaid correction, all other information contained in the Summary Proceedings shall remain unchanged and shall be read as originally disclosed.
