Submission of AGM voting result and consolidated scrutinizer report

Universal Office Automation Ltd has announced the voting results of its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 23, 2026. The meeting was conducted through video conferencing as per Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. All three resolutions proposed were approved by the requisite majority. The company has also disclosed the consolidated scrutinizer report submitted by M/s Rana & Associates, Company Secretaries.
