Trading Window

Agro Phos India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading ahead of financial disclosures. The date of the Board Meeting for result consideration will be intimated later.
