These quaierly financial results have been prepared on the basis of the condensed interim financial statements as at ard f:>r the quarter ended 30 June 2026, which are the responsibility of the Company's management and have :::,een approved by the Board of Directors on 15 July 2026. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial results based on our audit of such condensed interim financial statements, which have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measure"1ent principles laid down in Accounting Standard ("AS") 25, "Interim Financial Reporting" ("AS 25"), specified u,dar Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the "Act") read with the Companies (Accounting Standard) Rules, 2021, issued there under, as amended, including the relevant provisions of the Insurance Act, 1938 as amended, (the "Insurance Act"), the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India Act, 199~ (the "IRDA Act") and other accounting principles generally accepted in India, to the extent considered relevant and appropriate for the purpose of the financial results and which are not inconsistent with the accounting princ. pies as prescribed in the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Actuarial, Finance and Investment Functions of Insurers) Regulations, 2024 (the "IRDA Financial Statements Regulations") and orders/directions/circulars issued by the IRDAI, to the extent applicable. We conducted our audit in accordance with the auditing standards generally accepted in India, Those Standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial results are free of material misstatements. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts disclosed as financial results. An audit also includes assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management. We believe that our audit provides a reasonable basis for our opinion. In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations given to us these quart1r ly financial results: i) are presented in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Li~ting Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and IRDAI Circular reference: l~DA /F&A /CIR/ LFTD/ 027 / 01/ 2017 dated 30 January 2017 in this regard; and ii) give a true and fair view of the net profit and other financial information for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. // -0 Page 1 of 2 BS R & Co. The actuarial valuation of liabilities in respect of Premium Deficiency Reserve (the "PDR") and lnc~rred But Not Reported ("IBNR") and Incurred But Not Enough Reported ("IBNER"), for non-life policies in force is the responsibility of the Company's Appointed Actuary (the "Appointed Actuary"). The actuarial valuation of these liabilities, which are estimated using statistical methods as at 30 June 2026 has been duly certified by the Appointed Actuary and in his opinion, the assumptions considered by him for wch valuation are in accordance with the guidelines and norms issued by the IRDAI and the lnstitulB of Actuaries of India in concurrence with the Authority. We have relied upon the Appointed Actua:ry's certificate in this regard for forming our opinion on the valuation of liabilities in respect of PDR, IBNR, IBNER that are estimated using statistical methods, as contained in the financial results o" t~ e Company. 2. The financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 and annual financial results for the year e"ded 31 March 2026 included in the financial results were audited by Walker Chandlok & Co LLP, one ot the current joint auditors of the Company, jointly with PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP, who had jcintly expressed an unmodified opinion vide their audit report dated 15 July 2025 and 15 April ~026 respectively. 3.
