This is to inform that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by
Insiders in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from Thursday,
1st October 2026 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company
(both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter
and half year ending on 30th September 2026.
