Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, it is hereby informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Route Mobile Limited (the “Company”) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and any other matter with permission of the Chair. The Board shall also consider declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2026-27. The Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared, will be Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Trading Window Closure: As intimated vide our letter dated June 25, 2026, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct (‘Code of Conduct’) for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company has been closed from July 1, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results and submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct. Investor Call: Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Company will hold investor/ analyst call on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 4:30 P.M. IST to discuss the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Company will be referring to publicly available information for discussions during interaction in the call.
