Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

Tube Investments of India Ltd has allotted 6,030 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to eligible employees who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2017. The shares were allotted at exercise prices of Rs. 1,471.90 for 4,320 shares and Rs. 2,541.95 for 1,710 shares. This allotment increases the total outstanding equity shares from 19,35,62,289 to 19,35,68,319 and the paid-up equity share capital accordingly.
