Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the results will be informed separately to the Exchanges. You are requested to kindly take the above information in your records. Note: Please note that pursuant to BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, and NSE Circular No. Ref No: NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019, titled “Clarification regarding trading restriction period”, the trading window shall close from the end of every quarter i.e. March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 and shall open only after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for every quarter approved at the concerned Board Meeting.
