Trading Window

Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The window will remain closed until the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and two days thereafter. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be intimated in due course.
