pursuant to the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 27 April, 2019,
incompliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,
2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by
Designated Persons ("Code"), the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Shares of the
Company by the "Designated Persons' shall remain closed from 1%t July 2026 till the
declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30t June 2026
and two days thereafter. During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window will remain
closed, no trading in the Shares of the Company shall be made by the Designated Persons
within the meaning of the Code.
The date of the Board Meeting to approve the Financial Results of the Company for the
quarter ended 30" June 2026 will be intimated in due course.
