Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the aforesaid financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026, will be intimated separately.
