The remote e-voting process had commenced from Saturday, 19th September, 2026 at 9.00 A.M. (IST) and ended on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 at 5.00 P.M. (IST). The cut-off date for determining e-voting eligibility for the Shareholder(s) was Wednesday 16th September, 2026. The Company had also provided e-voting facility during the AGM and e-voting window was kept open 15 minutes after the conclusion of the AGM for the Members who were present at the AGM through VC/ OAVM and had not casted their votes through Remote e-voting and who were otherwise not barred from doing so. M/s Mehta and Mehta, Company Secretaries was appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Company to scrutinize the remote e-voting process and also the e-voting by Members at the 76th Annual General Meeting. The Scrutinizer has submitted their consolidated report to the Company. The consolidated report of the scrutinizer dated 23.09.2026 and the consolidated voting result in prescribed format in terms of Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed herewith. Based on the consolidated report of the scrutinizer, the following resolutions has been duly passed and approved by the Shareholders with requisite majority: Resolution Type of Matter of Resolution No. Resolution 1. Mehta & Mehta, Company Secretaries have been appointed by the Board of Directors of The Shipping Corporation of India Limited (“the Company”) to act as the Scrutinizer for the purpose of scrutinizing the process of remote e-voting and voting through electronic voting system during the 76" AGM of the Company held on ‘Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 12.00 P.M. IST through VC/OAVM pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Act”) and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 read with the General Circular No. 14/2020 dated April 8, 2020, the General Circular No. 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020, the General Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 05, 2020, General Circular No. 09/2024 dated September 19, 2024 and subsequent circulars issued in this regard, the latest being General Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (hereinafter referred to as “MCA Circulars”) and relevant circulars and/or notifications issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) and Secretarial Standards on General Meetings ("SS-2') issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in respect of the Resolutions as set out in the Notice convening the 76" AGM, do hereby submit the report as follows: 1. The Notice dated August 19, 2026 of the 76" AGM was sent to the members on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 through electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses were registered with the Company or the Depositories/ Depository Participants/ Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company. Further, the Company has sent a letter to shareholders whose email addresses are not registered with the Company or Depositories or Depository Participants or Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, providing the web link inciuding the exact path from where the Notice and annual report can be accessed on the Company's website. 2. The Resolutions were transacted through the process of remote e-voting and through electronic voting system during the AGM. For the purpose of remote e-voting, the Company had engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited (“NSDL”). The period for remote e-voting commenced on Saturday 19, 2026 at 09.00 A.M. (IST) and ended on Tuesday. September 22, 2026 at 05.00 P.M. (IST). The Remote e-voting module was disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. 5. The facility for e-voting was made available for the Members attending the meeting through VC/OAVM and who did not cast their vote through remote e-voting. 6. After the closure of e-voting at the AGM, the report on the voting done at the AGM and votes cast through remote e-voting facility done prior to the AGM were unblocked, in the presence of two witnesses Mr. Lucky Yaduwanshi and Mr. Pranay Rane neither of whom are in the employment of the Company and generated from NSDL e-voting website www.evoting.nsdl.com.
