Further, we informed the Exchange pursuant to our earlier intimation dated Friday, July 10, 2026, that the Company and Sellers have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (“SPA”). We would now like to inform that the Company and Sellers have entered into a Shareholder’s Agreement on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, to record the rights and obligations agreed between the Company and the Sellers in respect of the management and control of the affairs of Infinia Lifestyle.
