Towers, “Exchange Plaza”, Dalal Street, Bandra-Kurla Complex, MUMB-A 4I00 001 Bandra (E), MUMB- 40A0 0I51 (Scrip Code No. 502330) (Symbol — ANDHRAPAP; Series — EQ) Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 — Update on Resumption of Manufacturing Operations at Kadiam Unit Dear Sir/ Madam, In continuation of the Company's disclosure dated 30.04.2026, 02.05.2026, 30.05.2026 and 04.06.2026 wherein the Company had informed that post revocation of the lockout, the Company made all necessary arrangements for resumption of manufacturing operations. However, despite repeated requests by the Company officials, the workmen did not resume their duties, resulting in continued disruption of manufacturing operations at the Kadiam Unit. We wish to inform that the situation has now considerably improved and manufacturing operations at the Kadiam Unit have partially commenced effective July 15, 2026. One paper machine with production capacity of 150 MT per day (around 70% production of Kadiam unit) resumed operations. We also expect further improvement in the situation leading to resumption of full operations subject to increase in attendance of support manpower and the progressive stabilisation of operations. The Company's permanent employees have resumed duties in their respective shift schedules. However, the attendance of contract workmen engaged through third-party manpower contractors continues to remain below normal levels and is around 35% of the normal strength. The Company continues to monitor the situation closely and is taking all necessary operational measures for the progressive stabilisation and normalisation of operations. The Company will continue to keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any further material developments in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
