Nihar Info Global Limited had submitted its Digil.ocker Partner Signup application on 19 August 2026 under the Consumer category for access to Single Sign-On & Requestor API Services. We are pleased to inform that the request for these services was approved on 22 September 2026 at 13:16. The Company proposes to integrate the approved Digil.ocker services with GoldnSilver.shop, wherever applicable and subject to the respective regulatory, KYC, technical and service-provider requirements, with the objective of facilitating a convenient, secure and digitally enabled customer onboarding and document-verification experience. The proposed integration is intended to support the customer journey across the following segments of the GoldnSilver.shop ecosystem: 1. Physical Gold & Silver - purchase of physical gold and silver coins, bullion and related products; 2. Digital Gold & Silver - digital purchase and accumulation of gold and silver through integrated service providers; 3. Gold & Silver ETFs - Domestic & Overseas - facilitating access through appropriate regulated intermediaries/platforms, subject to applicable laws and regulations; 4. Gold Loans from Banks - proposed referral/lead-generation arrangements with banks and other permitted regulated entities; and 5. The Company will undertake the technical integration and testing of the approved services with GoldnSilver.shop. Rollout across individual segments will be undertaken progressively, depending upon technical readiness, commercial arrangements with the respective service providers and applicable regulatory requirements. Clarification: The approval of Digil.ocker API services should not be construed as an approval, endorsement or certification by Digil.ocker or any Government authority of GoldnSilver.shop, its products, investment offerings or the Company's business activities.
