Ballarpur Industries Limited has issued a corrigendum to correct an error in its earlier announcement regarding the issuance of non-convertible debentures. The company had initially mentioned the face value of the debentures as INR 1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Only) each, instead of INR 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) each, and the number of debentures as 100 instead of 10,000. The aggregate issue size remains unchanged at INR 100,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only).
