This is in furtherance of our letter dated May 6, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of
the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing
Regulations"), we hereby enclose the Annual & Integrated Report of the Company for the
Financial Year 2025–26, which includes the Notice convening the 26th (Twenty Sixth) Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio
Visual Means ("OAVM"), scheduled to be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. (IST),
in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the applicable circulars
issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India
in this regard.
The Annual & Integrated Report including the Notice of the AGM and the Business
Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for the Financial Year 2025-26, is being sent
through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the
Company, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or the Depository Participants (DPs).
Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company
is also sending a letter to those Members whose e-mail addresses are not registered with
Company, its RTA or the DPs providing the weblink, including the exact navigation path from
where the Annual & Integrated Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 and Notice of AGM
can be accessed on the Company’s website.

a disciplined and accountable approach to reporting
our financial and non-financial performance, ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements while staying
aligned with globally accepted standards. This is our
seventh Annual and Integrated Report, prepared in line
with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
