Omaxe Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective July 1, 2026. This measure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, applies to Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. The window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting for results consideration will be announced subsequently.
