The logistics sector, including TCI Express Limited, is committed to addressing these challenges through a structured and proactive approach focused on minimizing environmental impact, enhancing workplace health and safety standards, and embedding responsible business practices across the value chain. Through these focused initiatives, the Company aims to create sustainable, long-term value for its stakeholders while contributing positively to society and the environment, in line with its broader ESG commitments. Planet Care and Protection Our commitment to environmental sustainability and climate action remains strong, supported by a series of focused initiatives. During the year, we made significant investments in solar energy, increasing the share of renewable energy to 20% of our total energy consumption. We also strengthened our green logistics efforts through the use of BS VI compliant vehicles and expanding in last mile delivery fleet of electric and alternative fuel-based vehicles by 13.2%. We are also promoting the use of rail transport to further reduce emissions. In FY 2025–26, we avoided approximately 1439 tCO₂e through increased utilization of rail-based transportation. Further, in the construction of our new warehouses and buildings, we prioritized the use of EPD-certified and recycled materials to minimize environmental impact. Safe, Inclusive Workplaces and Community Development Our workforce continues to be the foundation of our growth, and we remain committed to building an inclusive and safe workplace. Female employees currently represent 15% of our workforce, and we are working towards achieving 25% female representation by 2033. We continue to invest in employee training, empowerment, and recognition initiatives to support their development. To further strengthen workplace safety and operational excellence, our practices are guided by our Integrated Management System (‘IMS’) Policy and supported by ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certified facilities. The implementation of 6S practices across our operational locations has further supported our efforts to maintain a safe, organized and efficient work environment. Beyond business operations, we are committed to community development through focused social initiatives. Our artificial limb center has benefitted 577 old age person and persons with disabilities, while our archery academy has provided training to 37 students in tribal areas. In collaboration with various NGOs, we have also contributed to several initiatives such as Shiksha, Samantha, Saksham, and Paryavaran, collectively benefitting around 3500 individuals. In line with our broader commitment to responsible business practices, we also focus on strengthening stakeholder engagement by assessing 79% of our business associates.
