Closure of Trading Window

Coral Laboratories Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and their relatives. This action, effective from July 1, 2026, is taken to comply with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, the date for which will be intimated separately.
