Certain inadvertent errors were noticed in the Financial Statements forming part of the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. The following corrections have been made: 1. The UDIN reference has been corrected from the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 to Companies Act, 2013. 2. The rounding-off/rounding-down errors in the Balance Sheet have been corrected. In the view of above we are enclosing herewith the revised Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 after incorporation of the above changes and the same is also available on the website of the Company at www.bglgroupin. Bhagawati gas Limited-annuaL RepoRt 2025-26 page 3 MESSAGE FROM CHAIRMAN Dear Stakeholders, It gives me immense pleasure to present to you the Annual Report of Bhagawati Gas Limited (“BGL” or “the Company”) for the financial year 2025–26. This year has been one of significant transition and renewed focus for the Company. While the business environment continued to evolve, we remained focused on strengthening our foundations, improving regulatory compliance and creating a sustainable platform for future growth. The financial year also marked an important milestone in the Company’s journey. Following a prolonged period of suspension of trading in the Company’s equity shares, BGL undertook concerted efforts to complete the requisite compliances and fulfil the requirements of the regulatory authorities and the Stock Exchange. Pursuant to the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and completion of the requisite compliances, the suspension in trading of the Company’s equity shares was revoked with effect from February 26, 2026, and trading in the shares recommenced. This marks an important step forward for the Company and reflects our determination to strengthen compliance, governance and transparency. Our focus, however, extends beyond regulatory milestones. We continue to build upon our capabilities in the industrial and medical gases sector, with particular emphasis on reliable and cost-effective medical oxygen solutions. Our healthcare initiatives are aimed at supporting hospitals and medical institutions with dependable oxygen infrastructure and contributing meaningfully to the strengthening of healthcare facilities across the country.
