The partnership was announced at the Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2026, Mumbai. The partnership brings together GlobalPay’s foreign exchange, regulatory and digital capabilities in India with Mastercard Move’s global money movement capabilities, which extend across 200+ countries and territories and 150+ currencies. Through this partnership, the Company proposes to progressively integrate Mastercard Move capabilities with its digital and API-led payments ecosystem to facilitate eligible cross-border payments across supported destinations and payout endpoints. The partnership is intended to support the Company’s cross-border payment offerings across customer segments, including students and education payments, personal remittances and, progressively, business and trade-related payments, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. This partnership forms part of the Company’s strategy to further develop its cross-border payments platform with a focus on reach, speed, transparency, connectivity and customer experience.
