L/SURV/ONL/PV/SJ/ 2026-2027/4242 dated September 10, 2026 Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to above cited subject, we hereby clarify that, the Company does not have any information according to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 which is required to be informed to the Exchange and members that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which includes all price sensitive information. Further nothing significant has been done in recent past which have any impact on the price movement in our scrip. The movement in Company‘s share price is purely due to market conditions and apparently market driven on which the Company neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons.
