In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (“PIT Code”), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 up to 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results i.e. Thursday, 5th November, 2026 (both days inclusive).
