Further to our letter no. PKR:SG: 91:23 dated 28th December 2023 regarding receipt of an Order from GST Department,
Tamil Nadu for the tax period 2017-2020 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 of Para A
of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby submit that the Company is in receipt of an Order-in-Appeal
passed by the Office of the Principal Commissioner of GST and Central Excise (Appeals – II), Newry Tower, 2nd Floor,
No.2054 – I : II Avenue, 12th Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai – 600 040 for FY 2017-20.
The details of the above Order are given below:

penalty amounting to Rs. 12,96,998/-.
