The Company officials were shown a letter of authorization for inspection by the GST officials at around 12:05 p.m. The inspection proceeding were concluded by the GST Officials at around 08:40 p.m. on the same day i.e. September 08, 2026, and the Company has given full co-operation and assistance to the GST Officials. At present, there are no material impact on the financials, business operations or any other activities of the Company due to the aforesaid inspection proceedings.
