The date of meeting of the board to approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
